Paul Ferrone’s leadership and guidance in working with the E.E. Warren Opera House Association in Greenfield has been instrumental in building volunteer board and committee capacity.  By carefully identifying organization needs and targeting priorities, Paul effectively facilitated gatherings which laid the foundation for a framework for decision making in developing the Warren Cultural Center’s first performing arts series; employing the first executive director and support staff; implementing a ticketing system for events; and establishing the sustaining and sponsorship funding programs.  Paul Ferrone’s style builds stronger relationships and has resulted in more efficient communications and clearer definition of board, staff and volunteer roles and responsibilities

His creative and innovative thinking brought new ideas to the process and served as a catalyst for others to examine their views and perspectives. His strong research and analytical skills served us well as he was able to provide key information and recommendations which have been incorporated into the final product.  Paul’s work on this project helped us to better understand our past efforts, evaluate our present situation and develop a road map for the next step in our organization’s development.

As a result of Mr. Ferrone’s services, during the year in which he was retained by our project we realized several times our normal annual income stream, which continues to provide funding for some of our ongoing services. Mr Ferrone brings with him a considerable depth of service in the nonprofit sector. He is likewise quite knowledgeable about outreach and development issues. Along with these attributes be brings and abiding enthusiasm and passion for his work. Mr. Ferrone also possesses a unique gift for being able to spot inefficiencies in the organizational structure, and develop solutions to organizational issues.
